What forms of payment does Enclosed Vehicle Transport accept?
A:
For the deposit
we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Bank Certified
Checks and Postal Money Orders.
For the final balance we accept Cash, Bank Certified Checks, or Postal
Money Orders only. We do not accept credit cards for the final balance.
Q:
Do I need to pay 100% in advance for Auto Transportation Services?
A:
No, we only require
a deposit to get your vehicle scheduled. The balance is paid upon delivery
of your vehicle.
Q:
How do I schedule my vehicle for pick up?
A:
If you choose us we will e-mail or fax you
the shipping paperwork. Just
complete shipping paperwork and fax or mail it to us along with a
deposit that is payable by a credit card.
After we receive everything in our office we will begin scheduling your
vehicle for pickup.
Q:
Does Enclosed Vehicle Transport insure the cars they transport?
A: Yes,
for vehicles transported in our trailers the insurance coverage is:
Customer Vehicles $500,000 per truck
Public Liability
$1,000,000
Q:
Do you allow shipping of personal items in the car being transported?
A: No,
sorry we are not able to. As of 1998 the Department of
Transportation ruled that customers CANNOT load any personal items in a vehicle
on auto carriers.
Q:
Do you also offer open trailer transporting?
A: No, we
only offer enclosed transport, sorry we do not offer open vehicle
transport.

A: Yes,

Q:
Will you ship my car if it does not run?
A: Yes,
we will transport your vehicle if it does not run. Vehicle tires must be
inflated, able to roll, and the car must have emergency brakes.
Q:
How much advanced notice is needed to ship my vehicle?
A: Plan
enough time for us to pick up your vehicle. Two weeks in advance is
recommended. Although, we will do everything possible to help our
customers in urgent situations. If arrangements can be made, your
vehicle will be given priority status. Please call us at:
