What forms of payment does Enclosed Vehicle Transport accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

How do I schedule my vehicle for pick up?

If you choose us we will e-mail or fax you the shipping paperwork. Just complete shipping paperwork and fax, e-mail, or mail it to us. After we receive everything in our office we will begin scheduling your vehicle for up.

Do you allow shipping of personal items in the car being transported?

No, sorry we are not able to. As of 1998 the Department of Transportation ruled that customers CANNOT load any personal items in a vehicle on auto carriers.

Do you have customer references available?

Yes, please contact us for a list of Customer References.

Will you ship my car if it does not run?

Yes, we will transport your vehicle if it does not run. Vehicle tires must be inflated, able to roll, and the car must have emergency brakes.

How much advanced notice is needed to ship my vehicle?

Plan enough time for us to pick up your vehicle. Two weeks in advance is recommended. Although, we will do everything possible to help our customers in urgent situations. If arrangements can be made, your vehicle will be given priority status. Please call us at: 1-888-827-6799 to discuss your needs.
